It took over 2 hours to inspect our 2023 CRV. Last year it was discovered that a tire had an unfixable puncture We bought 2. This year it was discovered that the tread was below passing standards for the remaining 2 tires. We bought 2 more. The car has less than 20,000 miles on it. Are the tires you use not high standard? At this rate next year we will need to replace 2 more, and so on , year after year. 2 year old car and $1,000 to inspect. 2 hours with no TV and magazines from 3 years ago. Please update the waiting room!

My wife and I wanted another vehicle. We went down the whole Peach Street strip and visited some places in NY. No place compared to the professionalism and vibe we got from here. I didn't get that immediate grim feeling of entering a den of wolves dressed in sheep's clothing. We were greeted immediately by a Bianchi rep named Mikey. When inside we were also approached by management, Jay and Brian I believe. These people wanted us there and wanted us comfortable. We originally were in the market for a RAV4. We took a look at their inventory. Their excellent salesman suggested we view a Honda HR-V. We had that on the list to look at, but further down. After test driving, service record and the safety info from him, it quickly jumped to the top of the list. The negotiations began! They made it clear they wanted our business. We weren't the easiest to settle on $ and they stuck with us. We ended up on a great deal and they followed through, and then some. Communication was great and transparent. Their finance manager Mike was super knowledgeable and professional, even in the face of adversity. They met me where I wanted and showed customer satisfaction is their priority. The whole team was far above the competition, especially their neighbors. The wife's gonna need her own work vehicle very soon, and I can't think of a better place to go back to.
