How does the Courtesy Shuttle work?

• Operates Monday-Friday on a set departure schedule.
• Travels within a 10 mile radius from the dealership.
• For scheduled service appointments lasting one hour or more.
• Due to high demand, our Courtesy Shuttle requires a reservation and return pick-ups must be scheduled before departure.

How do the Service Loaners work?

• Reserved ONLY for customers who purchased a vehicle at Bianchi Honda.
• For scheduled service appointments lasting three hours or more.
• Due to high demand, our Service Loaners require a reservation.
