The service department at Bianchi is excellent. The staff is kind, informative and skilled. Questions are answered readily and clearly. Jason P was my service rep this time and i would be happy to deal with him agaiin.

Got auto butler, oil change, sensor update, and transmission fluid changed. They were good about communicating throughout as I waited for services to get done. I did present a $10 off coupon at the beginning like instructed, but no one ended up putting it through. Didn't catch it until after I had already paid, they stated they would put a note on my account to credit it towards my next service.
