I went to Bianchi Honda my sales consultant was Corey Harper. I told him I wanted a white Pilot Elite ,test drove one with black interior. All the staff was very professional and they took the e tra time answering all our questions. We went three times to check out the cars and test drive. Each time they gave us the same excellent service! Special thanks to sales consultants Scot Schoenberg and Dylan Reynolds for their expertise! Jamar Gregory the business manager was also great and he didn’t rush us in our decisions. We even enjoyed talking to Jason Porreco who is the owner. Thanks to the Bianchi Loyalty program and the frequency of discount coupons, I was able to have my oil changes and my tires rotated at no charge to me. Suggestions were made for future “investments in safety” as in tires and a battery replacement but my husband and I are looking around to compare prices. I appreciate the tlc and professionalism of the Bianchi staff who truly do go a Lonnnnng way to keep their customers loyal to the Honda name.

We arrived on time for our scheduled oil change appointment from Buffalo, NY and was promptly met by a very courteous service desk rep. She was informed of oil change appointment as well as having difficulty with maintaining our iPhone connected.through the car. She assured us she would help address the issue we were experiencing with the iPhone by resetting our computer back to the factory setting and then reconnect our phones. She recommended we purchase an Anker Lightning Cable connector for the IPhone with our car since she has found them to have less problems with Honda. She ...
