Saturday January 11th 2025 found my wife and I in an appointment with sales rep Dave Reash. We had communicated multiple times in a variety of ways prior to our appointment so he was bringing up front the vehicle we were interested in when we arrived. We went to Bianchi for a new car; we went to another dealership as well. The people at Bianchi were friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't buy a car at our first visit, but we were impressed with the initial visit and ultimately did go back and bought a CR-V Sport Hybrid. We didn’t feel pressured, and left with the car we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. It was a very smooth process. I explained my nightmare situation and they worked so hard for me from the moment I stepped into the dealership. I purchased a 2024 Honda HR-V on 12/30/2024 and was very impressed by the customer service in the Sales & Finance Departments. Brad Varner was the Sales Consultant who assisted me in making my decision. He took the time to listen, patiently answered all my questions and asked me pertinent questions which assisted me in arriving at my final choice of vehicle model. We drove an hour away to get our Honda serviced here; even though we have a local Honda dealer much closer to home. Our local Honda service center was going to charge us $1000 to replace a part and when we took it to Bianchi, they serviced it at no cost bc the part was included in a recall. They got us in for an appointment immediately and fixed it within hours! Everyone in the service department was very friendly and extremely helpful! Thank you Bianchi Honda!
Comfortable waiting area, faster than what we were told
Recalls on my ‘24 CR-V. Immediate attention on my arrival. Power steering and fuel pump checked and cleared as per recall. On my way in just over an hour.

Our 2014 Honda Accord had an after market item put in the engine and sovereignly it began sputtering while right next to Bianchi Honda. We parked the car and later called Bianchi and they worked us into an appointment the next day to install a genuine Honda part. While it was there, we also asked them to change the oil, rotate the tires and change the coolant, Which they did and now the car Is ready for winter. Thank you, Bianchi Honda !

I get most of my service done at Bianchi Honda, but always my inspections. I have such of feeling of safety and confidence when I leave there. I make frequent trips to Pittsburgh and have no worries about my car traveling. I'm 82 and need that feeling of safety. I always get it from Bianchi Honda.

The 2025 CRV AWD Sport L is the twenty first purchase of a Honda (the last seven from Bianchi Motors). This was the easiest and quickest because of Salesman Josh Elliott and Sales Manager Eric Amann. Update: I received a call from Phil, and they were able to locate the necessary parts. It’s reassuring to see that they take customer feedback seriously and are committed to resolving issues promptly. This is the level of service expected from a company that values great customer satisfaction. Work order had parts old parts to be kept and they threw them out.
