I scheduled an oil change. They were able to get me in the next day. I had my tires rotated, and two new filter replaced. Rotating the tires did trigger the TPMS to come on but I was able to calibrate it and the light went out. Nice facility.

As is usual, everyone was friendly and helpful, including your service manager and the most recent sales star tor our hybrid. Everything was explained well and done promptly.
Great experience from start to finish. Sales and finance were knowledgeable and not pushy. Show room and facilities were spectacular. Owner even introduced himself and was very involved with everything happening. The dealership was busy, but everyone was working well and giving all customers amazing attention.

My husband and I are happy with the car that was chosen. The amount of extra features on the newer cars can make it difficult for older buyers who are used to simpler cars. So, buying a car can be a stressful endeavor - but Ted Rau our salesman, mitigated that. His no pressure approach was apparent.

In for a recall, fast friendly service
Our salesman, Joe Denning, was amazing. Hubby had a little trouble understanding the money-end of it and Joe took the time to thoroughly explain it so it made sense in our heads. Extremely attentive to our questions. We were shocked we could take our beautiful 2026 Honda Pilot Elite home with us the same day, even with applying the ceramic coating.
