I wouldn't think of going anywhere else to buy or lease a car. The quality of staff, from sales to service, is top notch. On the service side my wait time has been minimal, cost of repairs again minimal (with the quality of a Honda I've only had one minor issue over the many years of being a Honda car owner). What dealership has an owner that will come out to greet you and show you around and answer questions when his staff is tied up with other customers. Honestly, for me, Five Stars is the only option I have-I would happily give them more.
I have been dealing with Bianchi Honda for over 40 years. I have just purchased my 6th Honda and it was like all of the other times. Effortless and no drama. I have bought my second Odessey from Daniel Milhisler and it is always a pleasure to do business with hihm. Always professional and he knows his product. Dan is always available to answer any questions I might have about how to use some of the gadgets on the vehicle. He is available for this anytime in the life cycle of the van. Over the many years of dealing with Bianchi I have dealt with most of the different departments. From Sales to Service you can tell that Jason has instilled his customer care attitude throughout his organization. I have had many dealings with the service department over the years and Phil Pinyok has done a great job taking care of Bianchi customers service needs. I have never left Bianchi's not feeling satisfied that my needs were met. The quality of the Honda vehicles matched with the honest customer appreciation shown by the entire staff make it the reason that I don't go elsewhere for my transportation needs.
