Logan in Customer Service was very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. Dave in Sales provided me with some great follow up information specific to the make and model of my car.

Saturday January 11th 2025 found my wife and I in an appointment with sales rep Dave Reash. We had communicated multiple times in a variety of ways prior to our appointment so he was bringing up front the vehicle we were interested in when we arrived. He was very easy to deal with and the car was just what we were looking for. Certified pre owned but it is a 2025 CRV with very little miles. Actually better warranty than if we would have bought it new, which to us it is.Everyone from the appraiser for our trade in to finance/paperwork ,Mobilia, were very easy to work with. They all made what could have been a very stressful situation to one that was very relaxed.

Our time at Bianchi was very delightful every one and our salesperson (Dakota) was super and easy going.We will definitely be back.

Great buying experience and great service experience thus far!

We went to Bianchi for a new car; we went to another dealership as well. The people at Bianchi were friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't buy a car at our first visit, but we were impressed with the initial visit and ultimately did go back and bought a CR-V Sport Hybrid. We didn’t feel pressured, and left with the car we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. It was a very smooth process. We saved a lot of time by applying for financing online; Bianchi also quickly provided us with various scenarios for monthly payments, which was helpful. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Sales people there were very friendly and wanted to actually get me into a car I want and liked not just trying to get a sale which was a very pleasant surprise. Definitely would come back for another car

I don’t have enough kind words to say about Bianchi, especially working with Gabe R. And John N. I explained my nightmare situation and they worked so hard for me from the moment I stepped into the dealership. They wanted me to have the car I was looking for and made sure there was no pressure to put me into something else on the lot just to make a sale. After exhausting all avenues the first day I had to walk away, but they assured me we were going to find “the one”. I ended up trying another dealership and what a mistake that was. I left uncomfortable and preyed upon. Thankfully a couple days later another pilot came on the lot and on a Sunday night I reached out to Gabe and asked him about it. First thing Monday morning he gave me a call and started getting everything together for me, he went out in a fresh snow storm to take pictures for me. It was the perfect pilot for me. I drove it home the very next day. We had a second hurdle to jump through that they handled quickly and gracefully and never made it seem like it was a burden to them. I will forever be grateful to them. I don’t live in Erie, but I’ve told everyone about my experience with Gabe and John and all the kindness I experienced from everyone I encountered there.

I had a great experience from start to finish. I first spoke with Henry, who set a good tone for the entire process. He was professional and friendly and gave me the sense of the dealerships commitment for good service. The salesman, Corey, was excellent—he was personable, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. It made the whole process much easier and more comfortable. Lennon, the finance guy, was also very kind, helpful, and a pleasure to speak to. While he was a bit persistent, which is to be expected in the finance process, I appreciated his transparency and guidance. And felt comfortable the entire time. It genuinely felt like he wanted the best for me. I was able to settle a fair value for my trade-in, which made the deal even better. The entire team at the dealership was approachable and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and the service I received.

Staff was professional, and they handled everything in a timely fashion. Pricing was very reasonable, and I will be returning.

John, Josh, and Jamar were all so kind and welcoming. Never for a moment did I feel pushed to purchase something I couldn’t afford. When there was something I couldn’t afford, they instead insisted on different options/trims/colors to get me what I wanted and at the same time ensure it fit into my budget. I look forward to coming back when my lease it up!

I purchased a 2024 Honda HR-V on 12/30/2024 and was very impressed by the customer service in the Sales & Finance Departments. Brad Varner was the Sales Consultant who assisted me in making my decision. He took the time to listen, patiently answered all my questions and asked me pertinent questions which assisted me in arriving at my final choice of vehicle model. Mike Clement, the Sales Department Manager, found the best options possible for my trade-in value and gave me time to think about my purchase. Mike Mobilia, the Finance Manager, took time to go over key points of the financing agreement and patiently answered my questions. Such a great team ethos and the energy at Honda Bianchi has such an upbeat vibe. I even got to meet Jason Porreco, the owner, and he had a nice demeanor as well.
