In Honda’s website, it says that certified cars have roadside assistance and 2 complimentary oil changes, I even called the hotline before to confirm and the guy told me that I am eligible for that service but when my car failed to start in the middle of the rain, honda customer service told me that I am not covered for roadside assistance and transferred my call several times. I ended up asking for help from passing vehicle to jump start my car.UPDATE: From 1 star to 3 star because of the nice guy named Bryan who gave me the complimentary oil changes and to the friendly service maintenace advisor Nick.I hope that they would also honor the roadside assistance because that is what is being advertised in the honda website for all preowned vehicle.
