Working with Dan and the other members of the Bianchi Honda team was an incredible experience. Everyone we encountered was very helpful and knowledgeable. If we continue to receive service like this, we plan on being lifelong owners of Bianchi Honda vehicles.
Unlike most people, I do not enjoy buying a new car. There is a lot of worry and there are many considerations. However, that being said, there are ways to make it better. Dealing Bianchi Honda is one of them. Joe Denning, our salesman, was just great, and very attentive. The car, an HRV is just great and was reasonably priced. And the whole staff we dealt with, including Lennon Askew were great. LOVE the customer orientation. I also know from previous experience that the service department is just great. They serviced another Honda I used to have and took very good care of me. Can't say enough good things about Bianchi Honda.
Saw a used vehicle on the Bianchi web page, called to see if we could check it out. Met with Henry...long story short, the vehicle we originally wanted ended up not being a good fit, but Henry acted fast and found us a gem! Less than 24 hours later the deal was complete...we’re super happy!
I used to not mind waiting for my vehicle but they seemed to have recently blocked the use of netflix on their wifi..as a customer that chooses to wait, i used to not mind because i have netflix on my phone. I figure it was intended to block their employees from using that type of site while working..but as a customer waiting for their vehicle...id rather have my headphones on and watch a show that will kill time...a show of my choice. Just disappointed.
