Every time I make a stop here, I’m glad I made the right choice. The service department is top-notch and very thorough in their work. It seems like every time I stop by. I run into Caleb as my service advisor, but as always, he always makes sure to address my concerns while also maintaining a respectful and friendly manner. I also recently got a new CRV and worked with Trent on the sale, and his professionalism and attention to detail made the experience very smooth and satisfying. I’m always glad working with Bianchi!

We decided to take our CR-V to a Honda dealer in Erie, while on vacation, to get a recall/update done. They were very friendly and we saw a service writer, Zachary within 5 minutes of our arrival. Zachary was thorough and personable. Our CR-V was done within 20 minutes. We definitely recommend Bianchi Honda!

Heading home from a family vacation and about 20 miles out, I had a nail in a tire and had to use the spare. Finally got out to this dealership and was met immediately by a friendly Caleb. We talked about what was going on. He and the service team got me up and running within a couple of hours. The service department was BUSY! I appreciate them finding a way to get a longtime Honda customer taken care of. I did not expect them to place my tools and spare back into it’s compartment but they did. That’s just a little touch of service that is missing these days when it comes to customer service. This dealership is a previous winner of a service award. If I could give them one for this year, they’d get my vote. Thank you for getting us on the road safely. The flat was only a minor hiccup on our fantastic trip and that’s because of you all!
