Bianchi Honda Earns Council of Parts and Service Award
Honda is proud to award and recognize Bianchi Honda as a member of the 2017 Council of Parts & Service Professionals (CPSP).
Only the top 150 Honda dealerships in the nation achieve this honor. Bianchi Honda took it a step further, and earned the distinction of being among the top 50 in this exclusive group. The dealership has earned this award every year since its inauguration in 2016.
As a member of the Council of Parts & Service Professionals, Bianchi Honda received a distinctive trophy for the accomplishment. The award will go on display in the new car showroom for all to see. The trophy couples perfectly with the recent recognition of Bianchi Honda’s 19th Honda President’s Award. Both honors are a representation of upholding the highest standards for customer service and satisfaction across the dealership.
Phil Pinzok, Service Manager at Bianchi Honda says “Our parts and service team worked diligently throughout 2017 to meet Honda’s criteria to earn this honor for a second year. We are very proud of each individual employee whose training, knowledge, and dedication to customer service enabled us to meet the criteria for the award.”
This award is not the only exciting thing going on at the dealership for our Service Department. The new expansion of our service drive is nearly completed, along with many other upgrades to the dealership. The expansion will allow us to receive more customers at any given time in a more convenient manner.
