Bianchi Honda Earns Honda’s Highest Dealership Honor

Erie, PA — American Honda Motor Co., lnc., is proud to announce that Bianchi Honda of Erie, PA has earned the Honda President’s Award for the 17^th Time! This annual award is presented to top-ranking Honda dealerships across the country, based on their achievement of excellence in all areas of operation — customer service and satisfaction, sales, training, and facility operation for the prior calendar year.

The President’s Award was established in 1995 to challenge dealerships to provide a superior automotive experience. Each year the objectives are modi?ed to stay ahead of current market trends. A major component of the program focuses on the customer experience and is measured via customer satisfaction surveys.
