Bianchi Honda Earns Inaugural Parts and Service Honor
The Parts & Service Department of Bianchi Honda has been recognized by American Honda as an inaugural member of the 2016 Council of Parts & Service Professionals (CPSP). This elite honor is reserved for the top 150 Honda dealerships in the country that delivered exceptional customer service and met key program criteria in the areas of Parts and Service.
As an exclusive member of the CPSP, Bianchi Honda received a distinctive trophy for the high honor. The trophy couples perfectly with the recent recognition of Bianchi Honda’s 18th President’s Award. Both of the honors are a representation of the highest standards for customer service across the dealership.
Phil Pinzok, Service Manager at Bianchi Honda says “Our parts and service team worked diligently throughout 2016 to meet Honda’s criteria and to become an inaugural member of Honda’s 2016 Council of Parts & Service Professionals. Not only is our team part of this 150 member group nationwide, Bianchi Honda is one of only six dealerships in the state of Pennsylvania to become a member. We are very proud of each individual employee whose training, knowledge, and dedication to customer service enabled us to meet the criteria for the award.”
