Does this work for a 2018 honda accord lx? It keeps saying file not supported every time I plug in my USB charger chord
It’s possible that your phone isn’t compatible depending on the device you’re using. We also recommend using a factory cable (for example, using an apple-branded cable for an iPhone) as sometimes off-brand cables aren’t produced to make a media connection for your phone, they only charge your phone.
Mine is displaying that this function is not working while the car is moving. Also is is saying something about a software update. I have nothing displayed on my screen.
You will need to connect your phone to your vehicle while it is in park. For assistance with the update, please give our service department a call to make an appointment.
